Juventus are still unbeaten in Serie A this season, and the bookmakers make them strong favourites to pick up three points at the Stadio Atleti Azzurri d’Italia. DETROIT (CNNMoney.com) — After finishing off an enviable year for a domestic automaker, Ford Motor Co. won both the North American Car and Truck of the Year Awards presented Monday at the start of Detroit’s North American International Auto Show.

The Ford Fusion Hybrid sedan won Car of the Year and the Ford Transit Connect van won Truck of the Year. This is the second year in a row that Ford (F, Fortune 500) has won Truck of the Year. The F-150 pick-up was last year’s recipient. The Hyundai Genesis won car of the year last year.
The Fusion Hybrid is a hybrid gas/electric version of Ford’s popular Fusion mid-sized sedan. It gets 41 miles per gallon in the city and 36 on the highway and has received kudos from auto critics for being enjoyable to drive as well as for its efficiency.

The Fusion Hybrid was awarded the Motor Trend Car of the Year in November.

•The last time one automaker took home both awards was in 2007 when General Motors won with the Saturn Aura sedan and the Chevrolet Silverado pick-up.

•GM could have swept the awards again this year. The Buick LaCrosse sedan and Chevrolet Equinox SUV were among the three finalists for each award.

XM – how do I get XM Radio for our home?

We’re contemplating getting XM one of these days. I’m stumped as to the equipment we’ll need for in-home use. We have a radio receiver with our home entertainment system (which is probably 4 or 5 years old, at least). It is NOT XM “ready” but has all sorts of input and outputs on the back (probably no USB ports, though; haven’t looked, but betting on none).

So… What do I need to hook XM up on that receiver system?

I suspect we’d need adapters of some sort, but is that *all* we’d need (beyond the xm subscription)?

you need to buy a radio, & buy a sound system. I have the ROADY XT, & THE PREMIUM SOUND SYSTEM. You activate the radio & use the sound system as a docking station, it looks like a boombox. It’s portable, & I am listening to mine now!!!

My girlfriend is a sore loser. Her and I had a deal that whatever the yahoo! community chose as her punishment, for not keeping the apartment clean, she would do. It was decided she would clean the apartment in a French maid outfit, but now she’s protesting, Apparently, she thinks all of you are too stupid to understand this situation clearly. lol.

Her reasoning is that since I don’t have a job, I should be the one keeping the apartment clean, but that ignores how time consuming a job search can be and that, at her job, all she does is sit around all day; so, it’s not like she’s out of energy by the time she gets home.

But since I’m a nice guy, I’m giving her another chance to have her day in court, only this time, it’s double or nothing. Therefore, after hearing the “full” case, how do you think we should handle our spat over her forgetting to clean house? These are the options we agreed upon.

A) She now has to wear the French maid outfit and wait on me for a week.
B) She has to wear a French Maid outfit and wait on me for a month.
C) — PLEASE PLEASE — She has to wait on me weekly, and for an indefinite period of time wearing a different dress from 3wisheslingerie.com each week (inexpensive? no. worth it? yes.)
